- Purchases can be return or exchange within 5 days of purchase with original receipt.
- Items must be returned in new, unused and re-saleable condition, and in its original packaging.
- Due to health regulations we can not accept returns or exchanges on the following items: diapers, under pads, ostomy supplies, urological supplies, stockings, bathroom products, mattresses, walkers, canes, crutches, lift chairs, pillows, masks, nebulizers, personal care products, or special orders.
- Return shipping costs will be at the customer’s expense.
- Some of our products are offered with free shipping, so please note if you return a product that has free shipping, our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund.
- Returns will be inspected prior to issuing credit.
- Returns received without a written authorization will not be credited.
- Orders cancelled after the product has been shipped are subject to all standard return policies.
- All returns are subject to 25% restocking fee.
