Customer satisfaction is always our top most priority. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange the item, please contact us within 5 days of receipt of your purchase.

Returns & Exchange Policy

  • Purchases can be return or exchange within 5 days of purchase with original receipt.
  • Items must be returned in new, unused and re-saleable condition, and in its original packaging.
  • Due to health regulations we can not accept returns or exchanges on the following items: diapers, under pads, ostomy supplies, urological supplies, stockings, bathroom products, mattresses, walkers, canes, crutches, lift chairs, pillows, masks, nebulizers, personal care products, or special orders.
  • Return shipping costs will be at the customer’s expense.
  • Some of our products are offered with free shipping, so please note if you return a product that has free shipping, our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund.
  • Returns will be inspected prior to issuing credit.
  • Returns received without a written authorization will not be credited.
  • Orders cancelled after the product has been shipped are subject to all standard return policies.
  • All returns are subject to 25% restocking fee.
